S.J.B. Jerk Marinade
The jerk marinade goes very well with all the proteins, whether chicken, pork or beef, and even with fish and seafood.
Slightly spicy it will please everyone. Aromas of cinnamon, thyme, "all spices" and green onion are there, without forgetting the fine taste of lime on the finish.
For optimal application
A 4 hour marinade is sufficient for meat and 2 hours for fish.
Ps. Also add in your favorite vegetables or coconut rice is really excellent.
